I'm Aniket — a full stack software engineer who likes hard problems and unglamorous reliability.
Over the past 9+ years I've built end-to-end platforms across investment management, manufacturing, healthcare, legal operations, printing and IT services. That range taught me something useful: the technology changes, but the craft doesn't. Model the domain honestly, design for scale and security early, and automate the parts that humans get wrong.
On the backend I work primarily in Golang and Python/Flask, with PostgreSQL and MongoDB underneath. On the frontend I build data-dense Angular applications that operators actually enjoy using. I containerise with Docker, ship through CI/CD, and put authentication, RBAC and audit trails into the foundation rather than bolting them on later.
A big part of my work today is applied AI and AI-augmented engineering. I integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), RAG and vector search into products, and design Copilot instruction frameworks, agent prompts and Model Context Protocol (MCP) workflows so AI generates code that respects existing architecture and standards. It lets teams move faster while keeping multi-project codebases consistent — I'm genuinely AI-first in how I build.
I also bring hands-on IT Service Management (ITSM) experience — configuring and customising tools like GLPI and ServiceNow: CMDB, ITIL-aligned incident/problem/change management, service desks and SLA-driven automation.
